Kentucky Deer and Turkey Association LLC Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a membership or participating in any Kentucky Deer And Turkey Association LLC (“KDTA”) activities, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

  • KDTA membership is open to individuals 18 years of age or older only.

  • By joining, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Membership

  • Membership benefits, perks, and giveaways are subject to availability and may change at any time.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

  • KDTA reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of these terms or conduct deemed harmful to the community.

Community Conduct

  • KDTA is built on respect, sportsmanship, and ethical hunting.

  • Harassment, illegal activity, or behavior that damages KDTA’s reputation may result in removal without refund.

Giveaway & Promotion Disclaimer

General Rules

  • All giveaways, raffles, and promotions are open to KDTA members who are 18 years or older.

  • No purchase is necessary unless explicitly stated.

  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes

  • Prizes may include hunting gear, apparel, accessories, or other items of value.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • KDTA reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random unless otherwise stated.

  • Winners will be notified via the platform used to enter (email, social media, or KDTA community channels).

  • If a winner does not respond within a specified timeframe, a new winner may be selected.

Legal & Liability

  • By participating, entrants release KDTA from any liability related to the use, misuse, or acceptance of any prize.

  • KDTA is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring any prize use complies with local, state, and federal laws.

No Affiliation Disclaimer

  • Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or any other social platform unless explicitly stated.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in hunting-related activities involves inherent risk. KDTA is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation in events, giveaways, or use of awarded gear.

Changes to Terms

KDTA reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
